We are seeking an experienced Sr Payroll/Human Resources Generalist to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This position plays a key role in coordinating HR initiatives and overseeing payroll and benefits administration. Experience with Payroll and Paylocity is required.
Coordinate and support HR plans and procedures for all personnel
Supervise Payroll Specialist and serve as payroll back-up
Administer employee benefits through Employee Navigator, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
Manage benefit plan communications and open enrollment in partnership with benefit consultants
Reconcile monthly insurance invoices
Review and verify 1094-C/1095-C annual reporting and authorize filings with the IRS
Maintain and update company compensation model
Prepare and present HR-related reports to management
Provide support in employee relations, recruitment, development, compensation, and compliance reporting (e.g., EEO-1)
Associate's degree in HR or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred
4-6 years of HR experience, including 2+ years of payroll experience
Strong working knowledge of Paylocity and Employee Navigator strongly preferred
Familiarity with COBRA, ERISA, and applicable federal/state regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams
